YAKIMA, WA-- Two men are in custody for two different murders that happened only days apart and on Thursday, they both appeared before a judge. Both 18-year-old Yoset Dominguez-Serrano and 53-year-old Linden Asbell had their second meetings with a judge.

Detectives arrested Dominguez-Serrano at the beginning of the month after he admitted to shooting and killing a man from Oregon who came to outlook to sell a car that Dominguez-Serrano said he was interested in buying.

Dominguez-Serrano said after he shot and killed 24-year-old Antonio Hernandez-Ledezma; he cannot remember where he put his body or the gun he used to shoot him.

He later admitted that Hernandez-Ledezma got his 15-year-old sister pregnant.

On Thursday his attorney asked to enter a not guilty plea, which the judge is reviewing.

Only moments after Dominguez-Serrano finished with the judge, it was 53-year-old Linden Asbell's turn.

Detectives arrested and charged the White Swan man for the shooting murder of his neighbor, 65-year-old Mason Creel.

Detectives said the neighbors had a long-standing dispute and the shooting happened after Creel left his truck in Asbell's driveway after it broke down.

Court documents also state Asbell called authorities to report he had shot his neighbor.

On Thursday his attorney also asked to enter a not guilty plea.

Both men will go before a judge again on March 19th at the jail courtroom inside the building behind me.

That is when the judge will listen to any testimony if there are any and go over any evidence that is available.
