PASCO, WA- Attorney Charles Herrmann is now representing the Zambrano family for their legal claims against Pasco Police and the City of Pasco and withdrew the previous claim for $25 million.

Attorney Charles Herrmann is now working for Teresa Meraz, widow of Antonio Zambrano, and the family.  Herrmann filed a letter with the City of Pasco Clerk withdrawing the previous claim made by the family's former attorney.  The firm felt it was too early for the claim and said that Meraz did not have knowledge of the former claim or consent to it.

The letter has been emailed to the clerk and a hard copy will be sent early next week.

In the letter it states, "We will be examining not only the facts of this heinous act, but also the policies and the protocols in place by the Pasco Police Department concerning interaction with people that may be mentally ill and/or those who cannot speak English."

The firm also announced on it's website they are now representing the family throughout this legal battle.
