Kennewick Police Find Suspect Vehicle in Sunday's Fatal Hit and Run

Posted: Updated:
KENNEWICK, WA - Kennewick Police have towed a white truck found on S. Florida Street in Kennewick.

Sgt. Ken Lattin says there is enough evidence to say this is a "suspect" truck from Sunday night's fatal hit and run in Kennewick.

A Kennewick Police Officer on graveyard patrol found the similar matching vehicle to the light colored full size truck that they had put out as a vehicle of interest. The truck had some recent damage. The truck was impounded with a search warrant for further examination.

Kennwick Police are not yet saying that there is proof  this truck is indeed the vehicle in question for the hit and run. There may still be a suspect vehicle at large.

KPD has not yet received any citizen tips on this case and are asking for anyone who was in the area of 4th Ave. and Columbia Center Blvd. on Sunday night at about 6:15 pm to call.

The driver struck and killed is 58-year-old Michael Robinson near the corner of and then drove away.
