KENNEWICK, Wash. - A local Kennewick girl with special needs can use the community's help.

7-year-old Bethany Villa, was diagnosed with Rett Syndrome. Her symptoms include Cerebral Palsy, Anxiety Disorder, Autism, Parkinsons and Epilepsy. She has lost her ability to walk and use her hands. Villa's mom says she loves being outside and that's where help from community members comes in.

There's a contest titled, "Great Bike Giveaway for Children with Disabilities." Eight Duet Wheelchair Bikes will be given away and right now there are more than 330 entrants. Whoever gets the most amount of votes is guaranteed a bike.

If Bethany wins, she'll receive a bike for her 8th birthday, but she needs more votes. It's free and easy to vote. Just head to this website to help Bethany win a new bike:  https://www.friendshipcircle.org/bikes/2015/02/bethany-v/.
