"Dustin Burritos" Selling Fast to Raise Money for Family of Boy with Leukemia

RICHLAND, WA - A little boy with autism is getting the support of the Tri-Cities in a big way.

Dustin Cannady, 4 suddenly stopped being able to walk last Friday.

After some tests, doctors at Seattle Children's Hospital diagnosed Dustin with leukemia.

Since then, Tumbleweeds in Richland where his mom works has been selling "Dustin Burritos" and raising money for the family, more than they ever expected.

"We're donating a hundred percent of the proceeds to the family to help with their medical expenses and travel and relocating expenses. We've raised in the last two days about $7,000 and hope to raise a lot more, we appreciate your contribution if you can," Keith Moon, Tumbleweeds Owner said.

Moon says he has seen an amazing amount of support from the community.

Tumbleweeds is selling "Dustin Burritos", which are bean crisps, through Saturday all day long.

Li'l Firehouse Coffee baristas are also giving all their tips to #TeamDustin Friday and donating all the profits from their revitalize drink sales to the cause through March 15th.
