RICHLAND, WA - The Richland Public Library says beginning Monday, March 9, they will introduce a new service to stream thousands of movie titles, television shows, audiobooks and music to stream on a mobile device or computer, for free.

The program is called Hoopla and content is always available without a wait list. Movies and TV content are available for use for 72 hours, music for 7 days and audiobooks for 21 days with a limit of 10 checkouts (downloads) each month.

Richland residents can use the library and its services for free but must have a library card; and non-residents can purchase a library card for $40 a year. A new E-Card is available for non-residents at a cost of $25 each year. It allows use all of the library's digital services.

If you have any future questions, please visit the library at 955 Northgate Drive, call 942-7454 or visit their website,
