WALLA WALLA, Wash. - The Walla Walla Fire Department is investigating a structure fire that happened early Tuesday morning at 614 Clark Street.

The department says units were dispatched to Clark Street at 3:29 a.m. Officials who arrived at the scene first, reported smoke coming from a shed/garage structure in the back of a home.

When firefighters arrived, they say the shed/garage had a lot of materials inside and it was too hazardous to move in and around the structure. To put out the fire, they had to cut through the exterior wall. Firefighters got the fire under control by 4:00 a.m. No one was injured and damages are estimated at $2,000.

The department says the owner of the residence is Ayala Barroso. They say there was a fire in the same location back in February 2014.
