KENNEWICK, WA -The family of the man who was hit and killed by a car three weeks ago is asking for help.

Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers is now offering a $1,000 reward for any important information about the death of 58-year-old Michael Robinson.

Robinson was struck and killed while walking home from church on February 22nd near the intersection of Columbia Center Boulevard and 4th Avenue.

Police recently examined two white trucks for evidence, but no arrests were made.

Police say they have only heard from a handful of witnesses and need more information to find the person responsible.

"Didn't even think enough of him to stop, was more concerned with whatever their motivations were, I don't know but I hope people forget what happened if you have anything that you think is even remotely meaningful in this instance that you will contact the police department," said Pat Robinson.

The family says Robinson suffered a heart attack just a month before the incident and decided to walk to church that day to regain his health.

If you were in the area around the time of the incident contact Crime Stoppers at 586-TIPS or 1-800-222-TIPS.
