Dialed In: James Otto Gets Back to His Roots to Play a Firefighter Benefit Concert in Pasco

Posted: Updated:

PASCO, Wash. - Kiona-Benton High School graduate and country music star James Otto recently visited the Tri-Cities to play a benefit concert for firefighters. Otto made time to sit down with NBC Right Now for an in-depth interview.

He talked about how his father influenced him to start playing music at a young age. He got his own guitar at 13-years-old and has never looked back.

Otto lives in Nashville now with his wife of ten years and five-year-old daughter. While he's a star in his own rite, Otto is still very down to earth, claiming it was never his goal to get famous.

Right now, Otto's single 'Somewhere Tonight' is climbing the charts and keeping him busy.
