RICHLAND, WA - The Washington State Department of Health says there's a new agreement over a Richland doctor's license that was suspended.  The Medical Quality Assurance Commission has now agreed to put restrictions on Dr. Alex Ortolano's license.  The obstetrician and gynecologist was charged with patient abuse earlier this year.

Dr. Ortolano will stay under the oversight of the Commission for four years, but is now allowed to practice under certain conditions.  They include use of a preceptor, a requirement of second opinions for all surgeries, and limitations on delivering babies and certain medical procedures.
