KENNEWICK, WA- Power is in the process of being restored to some Benton PUD customers near 10th and Columbia Center Boulevard as well as 10th and Belfair.

Power went out in this area for a second time Saturday night around 10 p.m. High winds caused power lines to tangle up. Some witnesses report hearing two loud boom sounds, similar to that of a blown transformer.

Some of the street lights in that area are still out as of 10:45 p.m.
