WAKE UP YOUR HEALTH: As we get into the Holiday season, it can be harder to keep up healthy eating habits and exercise routines.

Summer Dawn and David Gallegos, Fitness Trainers with Strong Foundations have some advice about what you can do to stay fit during this busy time.

Gallegos says it's okay to enjoy your Thanksgiving and Christmas meals with your family but it's that time in between the actual holidays that you need to watch out.

Avoid over indulging in the sweets and carbs and even if your workouts are shorter, increase your intensity to get the most out of your time.

Strong Foundations is also holding a food and gift drive to benefit Domestic Violence Services of Benton and Franklin Counties.
