Kennewick Police Arrest Man for Threatening Another Man with a Pistol

KENNEWICK, Wash. - Kennewick Police say Wednesday night they responded to Smart Car Leasing and Sales on West Columbia Drive where a man had pulled a gun on another man during an argument.

Police say around 8:29 p.m. Miqueas Garcia-Guiterrez pointed a pistol at Alejandro Vazquez-Camacho. When officers arrived, they found Garcia-Guiterrez sitting his Ford Escort along with another man next to the business. Officers conducted a felony stop on the vehicle and arrested both men.

During an investigation, officers found a small .32 caliber semi-automatic handgun in the vehicle. Officers interviewed the passenger who was in the car with Garcia-Guiterrez and released him.

Garcia-Guiterrez was booked into jail on a 72 hour hold on suspicion of Assault with a weapon and being a felon in possession of a handgun.
