Perks & Freebies for Service Members and Veterans on Veterans Day

WASHINGTON - Businesses are celebrating Veterans Day 2015 with freebies for vets and active military (and sometimes their family members as well)

Here is a list of places to go just remember to show your military ID

- Cousins': Free meal, includes options like the french toast combo, roast turkey sandwich, and pot roast.

- Olive Garden: Free entree from special menu.

- Applebee's: A choice of seven different meals on the house

- Outback Steakhouse: Vets can get a free bloomin' onion and a beverage.

- Texas Roadhouse: All veterans, including all active, retired or former U.S. military, can choose one of ten entrees. 

- Red Robin: Free Tavern Double Burger with bottomless steak frees to all veterans. 

- Red Lobster: A free select appetizer.

- Chuck E. Cheese: Active and retired military service members can get a free individual thin & crispy 1-topping pizza with food purchase and coupon.

- Figaro's Pizza, Pasco: 10% off for all veterans every day, and additional 10% off on Veterans' Day.

- Legends Casino, Toppenish: Free buffet meal for veterans.

- Denny's: Free "Grand Slam Breakfast" 5 a.m. to Noon.

- IHOP: Free stack of Red, White and Blue pancakes, 7 a.m.-7 p.m.

- Roasters Coffee: Free drink.

- Dutch Bros: All 16-oz. drinks for $1.

- Sharehouse Coffee: Giving away free handcrafted beverages to veterans on Wednesday, November 11.

- Starbucks: Free tall brewed coffee for veterans and active duty military.

- Splash Express Car Wash, Union Gap: Free car washes to veterans and current military service personnel, under the Grace For Vets Program on Wednesday, November 11th from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 

- Bush Car Wash: Free car wash for Veterans on Wednesday, November 11 at both Pasco locations and the Richland location.

- Great Clips: Free haircut or a free haircut card to redeem by Dec. 31.

- Everyone gets free admission to national parks on Veterans Day.

Just remember, all active and retired military must show their military ID to these participating businesses to take part.
