PASCO, Wash. - The Pasco Police Department says officers arrested a man Wednesday night after he led police on a chase through some neighborhoods.

Officers say around 9 p.m. Christoper Murphy drove a motorcycle into a garage along the 4400 block of Galway Lane. The homeowner did not know who he was and called police. When police arrived, the homeowner thought Murphy was still in the garage but he was not.

Police later discovered Murphy left the area and made his way to the 8700 block of Bell Street where he stole a Ford pickup truck. The owner of the truck went after Murphy, following him to the area of Road 48 and Wernett Road.

Murphy got out of the truck and took off running. Police ended up finding him hiding inside a shed at a residence in the area. Police arrested Murphy for auto theft and residential burglary.
