RICHLAND, WA - City crews in Richland were out cleaning up knocked down trees.

NBC Right Now caught up with them as they were working on this big conifer tree in Stevens Park that blew over roots and all.

Crews say it will take them a few more hours to clean up.

An arborist with the city of Richland says this was the worst of the tree damage with in the city.

City of Richland arborist, Reuben Rojan said "We've had a lot of large limbs, I think 2 inch caliber to some I think the largest one we had was 3 inch. So we've been kind of fortunate there. The only loss of a total tree is this location at Stevens Park with a conifer."

An interesting note on this tree, the City would decorate it like a Christmas tree during the holidays and now they say they are going to have to start all over again.
