PASCO, WA- 25-year-old Kostyantyn Rogovoy was injured in a Wal-Mart parking lot after stealing someone's cell phone battery and items from Yokes Fresh Market in Pasco.

Pasco police officers said they responded to a medical assist call Friday night just before 9 p.m. and actually found Rogovoy hurt in the Road 68 Wal-Mart Parking lot.

Officers believed he was drinking at the Dugout Bar and asked to borrow someone's phone.  When he returned the phone, the owner discovered the cell phone battery was missing.

The suspect then allegedly stuffed toiletry items from Yokes down his shirt, and ran across Road 68.  Once he got through the Hapo parking lot, he fell and landed head first onto the concrete.

Police believe that the man is okay, but was admitted to the ICU as a precaution.
