Police say the man is 20-year-old Andres J. Garcia. They say he has been following delivery trucks. After the delivery person leaves a package on a persons doorstep, Garcia pulls into the driveway, gets out his car and steals the package.

RICHLAND, WA- A Richland neighborhood is trying to figure out who stole their delivery packages from their front porch Thursday.

Residents on Odessa Street in Richland captured video of someone walking up to a porch and taking a package just minutes after it was delivered.

One neighbor said this is not the first time packages have been stolen in this neighborhood.  Just last year, one person had $800 worth of packages taken from them.

"It's a nice neighborhood and you hate to see it hit like this. I hope the kid gets some help.  He's just a young kid.  Be home if you have packages coming.  Be on the lookout," said John Austin, resident who had a package stolen.

The Austins, who also got items taken from them, have gotten all their items replaced, after a lengthy process with Amazon.

If you have any information, call the Richland Police Department.
