KENNEWICK, WA - On December 11th at 12:45 p.m., witnesses saw Harley Davidson Rogers, age 37 of Kennewick, and Wendy R. Gray, age 36 of Kennewick, steal a package that was on the porch of a house in the 100 block of East 1st Avenue. They reported seeing the pair tear open the package and put the contents in Rogers' backpack. The witnesses then called police and reported the crime. Police caught up with Rogers and Gray and arrested both. The package turned out to be a board game that had been delivered earlier in the day.

Both Rogers and Gray were charged with theft. The package was returned to the owner.
