Pasco Police identify man who assaulted 2 others with tree branch

PASCO, Wash. - The Pasco Police Department has identified the man who assaulted two other men with a tree branch on Thursday, February 25.

Police said they are looking for 42-year-old Pedro Navas-Barrios who also goes by the name, "Cat-Killer." Officers said he hit two men with a tree branch about the size of a shovel handle. He broke one man's arm.

Officers say Navas-Barrios is homeless and is known to hang out around downtown Pasco. He is about 5 ft. 4 in. tall and walks with a limp.
