RICHLAND, WA  - The lawyers for Barronelle Stutzman say the Washington Supreme Court agreed Wednesday to hear her case.

Stutzman, the owner of Arlene's Flowers in Richland has been fighting a discrimination case against her after she refused to provide flowers for a same sex wedding, citing her religious beliefs.

Alliance Defending Freedom attorneys, representing Stutzman filed a brief with the high court last month to challenge the state's and the ACLU's arguments in favor of government discrimination against her.
