WALLA WALLA COUNTY, WA - A Walla Walla man is now facing charges for a head-on crash that killed a 17-year-old girl on Highway 12 in August. Prosecutors charged 25-year-old Kasey Parsons with vehicular homicide and vehicular assault on Tuesday.

Police say Parsons was driving east on Hwy. 12, west of Walla Walla when he crossed the center line and hit Raychel Campana's car, she died at the hospital three days later. Police say fatigue appears to be a factor in the accident.

Parsons first court appearance is scheduled for March 20th.
