Assistant Principal named Woman of Distinction

RICHLAND, WA - Shawnta DiFalco, assistant principal at Carmichael Middle School, has been named a Woman of Distinction by Washington State University Tri-Cities. In conjunction with Women’s History Month, WSU Tri-Cities is honoring its first class of Women of Distinction in 2017. The program recognizes WSU Tri-Cities women students, staff, alumnae, and community members who have made notable contributions to the campus and local area through service, teaching, and leadership.

DiFalco and 12 other awardees will be honored April 13th at WSU Tri-Cities. The honorees will have a portrait displayed as part of a gallery at WSU Tri-Cities.
