KHQ-TV, Spokane, WA is seeking a full-time Content Coordinator. He/she will work with managers and staff to determine daily and promotable story plans. This person will handle the day-to-day newsroom content logistics and work closely with the Manager of Coverage and Content. The qualified candidate will also make sure we stay true to brand by staying in front of breaking news and support our interactive coverage.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
This position requires someone with a passion for news, naturally curious, strong, organizational skills, the ability to write effectively, an aptitude for learning new digital skills, and the ability to supervise staff on a daily basis. Candidate should be comfortable starting conversations with strangers and have the ability to interview people. Experience working in a newsroom is preferred, but not required. College degree is preferred, but not required. College degree is preferred.
