It's a dirty job, but somebody has to scoop it

KENNEWICK, WA - It's a job that most of us wish we didn't have to do: picking up after our dogs. One local company is poo-pooing that part of being a dog owner. Reporter Jaclyn Selesky caught up with the young couple who started this unique business.

Taeler and Andrew Horak are the proud owners of two German Shepherds. One night after walking their dogs, an idea came to them. Working six jobs between the two of them, they decided to start a business where they go to people's homes and pick up after their dogs. But more than just a service, they're also providing some education on a common misconception about what they're calling "dog bombs".

"It's definitely not a fertilizer," said Taeler. "What we do is between each and every house we sanitize our pooper-scoopers and it kills everything."

You can sign up for a weekly visit or just a one-time service. Prices vary depending on how many dogs you have. You can check out their services by going to their website here: http://www.mybombsquad.com/.
