CRIME STOPPERS: Edgar Jobany Ruelas (ARRESTED)

PASCO, WA - Edgar Jobany Ruelas, (DOB: 10/28/92) of Pasco, was arrested by Pasco patrol officers at about 3:10 a.m. Wednesday morning on the 1800 block of N 10th. He was currently featured on Tri-Cities Crimestoppers and had extraditable felony arrest warrants from out-of-state (Eluding and Grand Theft in Idaho, First Degree Theft in Oregon).

The investigation involved work by Officers John D'Aquila and Matt Griffin, SCU Detective Jeremy Jones, and most of Swings and Graves patrol officers as they tracked him through three Pasco addresses using two search warrants before he walked out and surrendered to officers surrounding the third location.

He was booked into Franklin County Jail to await extradition. There were no new charges in Pasco. Case PP17-09166 Warrant Service.

Ruelas also goes by the alias Edgar Ruelas Jimenez. His last known residence city is Pasco. 

Ruelas is 24 years old (DOB: 10/28/92), white, 6 feet tall, 305 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. He has a sleeve of tattoos on his right arm.

Ruelas has two Felony Warrants: Kootenai County, ID for Eluding & Grand Theft; Umatilla County, OR for Theft 1st Degree Both warrants are Extraditable.
