Lambs at the library

Posted: Updated:

KENNEWICK, WA - Today, the Mid-Columbia Library in Kennewick was a bit busier than normal. It's because they had some special guests, and reporter Mackenzie Maynard stopped by to see what was attracting such a crowd.

This morning, there were lambs at the library. Mid-Columbia Libraries in Tri-Cities have had lambs at each of their branches all week long as they host special spring story times.

Kids of all ages lined up to pet and kiss the lambs. Calissa was extremely excited to meet her favorite animal.

"They're my super favorite," she exclaimed.

She waited in a long line to finally pet Miguel the lamb.

If you miss your chance today to meet the lambs, they're going to be at the West Pasco Mid-Columbia branch at 11:00 a.m tomorrow.
