Firefighters investigating early morning debris fire

KENNEWICK, WA - Kennewick Fire is trying to figure out how some debris caught on fire in front of a home on the 1800 block of west 11th avenue early Sunday morning. 

Firefighters were called to the scene just after midnight. Fire crews were able to get the fire out shortly after arriving. KFD says the damage was minimal and there were no injuries.

Right now, the cause of the fire is under investigation.

    YAKIMA- Police in Yakima are currently investigating a homicide after a man was shot Saturday night. Just before 9 p.m. Saturday, police received a report of a gunshot victim who was being transported by a car on Fair Avenue.
