NEW YORK, NY, April 13, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ms. Joyce Tarpley, a Montgomery County author who writes under the nom de plume Elaine Joyce, will be featured at two major book events in Baltimore County in April and May. At both events, Ms. Tarpley will deliver author talks and readings from her 2014 suspense novel, "The Paralyzed Heart."
The first event will take place Monday, April 24, 2017, 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m., as part of a meet-the-author series celebrating Book Month at the Bykota Senior Center, 611 Central Avenue, Towson, Md. 21204.
