HERMISTON, OR - Hermiston Police are asking for your help finding a robbery suspect. Officers say just after 11 p.m. On Monday January 29th, a Hispanic woman in her early 20's went into the 11th Street Market on the 400 Block of NW 11th Street in Hermiston.

The woman allegedly showed a weapon and demanded money before running away. Luckily no one got hurt.

The woman is being described as short and heavyset. At the time, she was wearing dark clothing and had her face covered.

Investigators are following up on possible leads. Anyone with information should call HPD at (541) 567-5519.

Lt. Randy Studebaker said in a statement on Facebook, "We would like to be everywhere at once, but that is just not feasible. We are asking the public to assist us by being vigilant, and calling when they see something that does not look right."
