WALLA WALLA, WA - The Walla Walla Police SWAT team arrested a man overnight on Tuesday after a standoff.

WWPD says 70-year-old Robert Edwards is in custody on felony harassment and obstructing a law enforcement officer. They got a call around 10 p.m. saying he was armed with a knife and threatening a neighbor near the 300 Block of Catherine Street.

After several hours without complying, SWAT was called in and Edwards gave himself up. He is currently booked into the Walla Walla County Jail.
