Search continues for hit and run suspect near sagehill road

FRANKLIN COUNTY: The Franklin County Sheriff Office is still looking for a hit and run suspect from Saturday morning.

This all happened around 5 a.m Saturday near Sagehill Rd. and Eagle Rd.

The driver of the black car was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. Meanwhile, the suspect driving a silver Nissan Altima got out of his car, into an unknown vehicle and then left the scene.

The suspect driver is described as a shorter Hispanic male in his 50s. At the time he was wearing a straw hat.
