Smart house at the Central Washington State Fair

Posted: Updated:

Yakima, WA - If don't have any plans for the weekend yet, there's no need to worry, the Central Washington State Fair has started.

Meaning it's the prefect time to go out and enjoy what the fair has to offer.

From carnival rides, to games, and even entertainment there is something for everyone to enjoy.

This year the fair will be displaying a smart house.

People will be able to walk through and experience what it's like to live in a house that's equipped with the newest technology.

Including door bells that let you see who's at the door, locks that unlock when you're in range, and even blue tooth speakers that charge your phone wirelessly.

"We built a tiny home loaded with technology and connected home products that automate people's lives and make it a whole lot more convenient for them. We created an opportunity that costumers can get there hands on and see how cool it is," said Dane Yancey, Local Marketing and Brand Activation Manager

People who have a chance to check out the tiny home can register to win some of the technology to put in their own homes.
