A suspect is now in custody but not before leading police on a manhunt that ends in an apple packing and storage warehouse.
Yakima Police say a patrol officer saw the suspect steal a car and chased him here to the Prentice Apple Packing and Storage Warehouse.
The suspect then hopped the eight foot barb wire fence and climbed thirty feet to the top of these apple bins.
Police called on the fire department to provide ladders so they could find the suspect in the bins.
It took about 40 minutes before he was arrested.
Captain Greg Copeland says the suspect was charged with stealing a car and alluding police.
