BENTON COUNTY, Wash. - Glen Lee said at around one o'clock Friday afternoon he heard people arguing loudly inside a mobile home off of South Date Street near Kennewick.
Around an hour later, Benton County Sheriffs said 55-year-old Doug King was found dead by his half brother.
Lee said he feels like he "dropped the ball" because he did not think to call police after hearing the arguing just feet away from his mobile home.
King's half brother said he found him with obvious signs of trauma to his body. He said there was a trail of blood into the bedroom where King was found lying face down on his bed.
One neighbor said he is shocked his quiet neighborhood may be the scene of a brutal crime.
Late Friday night, another of Doug King's half-brothers was still identified as a person of interest. Sheriffs said he is being questioned and his car is being searched.
