Officers made the arrest after interviewing the suspect. Police say they received a call of shots fired near McGuiness Park on the 1400 block of Swan Avenue.
When they arrived police say they found the body of a 16-year old hispanic male laying on the ground- suffering from a single gun shot wound. He was transported to a local hospital and died a short time later.
