KENNEWICK, Wash. - A Kennewick computer store appears to have gone out of business and left its customers looking for answers.
Several customers who owned merchandise inside Computers Basics had no idea the store was going out of business.
Tuesday a concerned citizen called KNDU to report the store looks like its closed for good.
Shawn Winget owns a different computer store in the same complex. He said several people were getting their computers fixed at Computer Basics now have no idea how to get them back and have to come to him to get help.
"I've had a couple of inquires (from people who) wondered where their computer might be. (But) I have no information. I have no clue," said Shawn Winget, Wintech Computer Services.
If you had a computer at Computer Basics Winget suggests you might try calling the strip mall's property manager to get ahold of the store's owner.
