CHINOOK PASS, Wash.- Traffic delays continue on Chinook Pass after mudslides forced the Department of Transportation to close a nineteen mile stretch on State Route 410 yesterday.
Right now traffic is reduced to one lane. Heavy rains in the mountains Wednesday night have made it difficult for D.O.T to clean up the mudslide mess.
The lane remains very muddy and any motorcycles traveling this area should be extremely cautious. Crews hope to have State Route 410 completely reopened by this weekend.
