RICHLAND, Wash. - A two car collision in Richland sent a car into someone's front yard. The accident happened at the intersection of George Washington Way and Holly Street this morning.
Police said a blue truck turned in front of a white car that was traveling southbound. The two cars collided and one of them drove into a nearby flower bed.
Police issued a failure to yield ticket to the driver of the truck.
The other driver said he has owned the car for four months. Thomas Vale said, "I was nervous for a while and I never felt the airbag hit me at all."
Tow trucks took both vehicles away with extensive damage. No injuries reported, although some of those flowers might not make it.
