MySpace.com Has Not Responded to Murder-Suicide Note Posted on Website

YAKIMA, Wa -  A murder-suicide note posted by a Yakima man on 'MySpace.com' raises questions about the website's responsibility in criminal situations.

KNDO put in a call to the website's administrators this morning seeking comment.  They have not responded.

21-year-old Chris Colepaugh posted the note about an hour before killing his roommate 21-year-old David Mcdonald and then himself in a Yakima home.

MySpace.com has not commented on this incident, but a section on its website for terms and conditions says, "Under no circumstances shall 'MySpace.com' be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death...  from any content posted on or through the MySpace services, or from the conduct of any users of the MySpace services, whether online or offline."
