Business charged with selling counterfeit animal drugs

YAKIMA, Wash. - A federal grand jury in Yakima has indicted seven people in what is described as a scheme to sell counterfeit antibiotics for farm animals.

The indictment centers on Bruce Noyes, chief executive of Animal Pharmaceuticals, which is a national company based in Yakima.

Noyes and the six others face charges of trafficking counterfeit goods, money laundering, mail fraud and selling counterfeit drugs.
