KENNEWICK, Wash - The completion of two major road projects in Kennewick were celebrated with a ribbon cutting on Thursday.
The 19th Avenue project and the Creekstone Drive project cost about four million dollars.
Creekstone Drive is a new road that runs from Union Street to Kellogg Street and leads to 900 homes being built.
It will also give a second access to the Panoramic Heights area.
