Former Pasco Star Leaves Nebraska Football Team, Again

LINCOLN, Ne - The Nebraska football team and former Pasco running back Leon Jackson have parted ways, again.

In late April the former all-state star at Pasco left the team only to return a week later. Yesterday he left the team again and this time it was for good. The Lincoln Journal Star reported that he told coach Bill Callahan yesterday. He had been upset about playing time and having to play multiple positions. The Sophomore to be said he hopes to transfer to another d-1 school, possibly Oregon or Oregon State, and his grades are in good shape. Jackson graduated from Pasco High School in 2004.
