Hospital evacuated after gas line breaks

YAKIMA, Wash.  - Dozens of people are evacuated from Yakima Memorial Hospital after a gas line breaks.  

It happened Wednesday morning near South 30th Avenue and West Walnut Street.

According to Memorial Hospital, a groundskeeper was pruning around some gas lines when he hit one of the lines.

Memorial's Child Care Center and Maternal Health Services were evacuated for a short time while the gas was turned off.

The gas line since has been fixed.
