RICHLAND, Wash. - Today marked the first day of football practice across the state of Washington. The Richland Bombers getting their start on the practice fields, trying to get used to some new coaching faces on the field. Head Coach Garrick Redden is only in his second year at the helm, but says the transition is going smoothly. The hardest part, he says, is getting used to the kids and seeing how they react to a different coaching style.
Junior offensive lineman Joe Biddel says the coaching transition really isn't too tough, considering the great chemistry the team has with eachother. Biddel says they spent the whole summer together working out and building bonds that will help them out greatly on the field.
