Vandals strike a Union Gap home

UNION GAP, Wash. - A viewer called our newsroom upset that her parent's home became the target of vandals.

Terri Cochran tells KNDO that she noticed graffiti on her parent's home last week in Union Gap, when she was checking on it.

The graffiti covers a shed as well as the front and back of the house.

Cochran knows the City of Yakima has a program that helps clean up graffiti and she wants Union Gap to have a similar program.

KNDO spoke with the Mayor of Union Gap, Aubrey Reeves, who said Union gap doesn't have a program in place. However, Reeves hopes that will change by the end of the year.
