KENNEWICK, Wash. - A man robs a US Bank branch in Kennewick Wednesday. Surveillance cameras caught footage of the man as he demanded money from tellers. Now Kennewick Police want your help to find him.
Police said the man who robbed the US Bank next to Columbia Center Mall is considered armed and dangerous.
Officers report around 11 o'clock, the man walked into the bank, and told tellers he had a weapon. He took an undisclosed amount of cash, and he ran out of the West doors towards the mall.
Here's a description of the robber: Police said he's a white male in his late 30's. He's Six feet tall, 190 lbs. He has red hair, with a mustache. He was last seen wearing a straw hat with shells around the brim, round rimmed glasses, and a blue Nike T-shirt with painter style jeans.
Officers are encouraging other banks to check their footage, they said there's a chance other banks have better photos.
"A lot of times these guys will canvas a bank. They'll come in and act suspicious, be looking at cameras, maybe asking unusual questions," said Sgt. Ken Lattin, Kennewick Police Department.
