PASCO, Wash. - It is quite the party in downtown Pasco. The Fiery Food Festival Salsa Extravaganza is underway.
Families from all over the Tri-Cities were out enjoying the sun and festivities.
The city has been hosting the event for 22 years.
Spicy food is the main attraction. Members of a local church group took part in their first salsa competition.
George Lockwood said he loves this event. "Oh it's great. It's brings a lot of people together and burns a lot of mouths."
If you are hungry it is the place to go. There is also two stages with music and traditional dancing. Events continue until 11 tonight and from noon until 5 tomorrow.
