RICHLAND, Wash. - Valuable copper spools turn up missing from the City of Richland's storage facility, now police think they've found one of the thieves.
Police said they caught 45-year-old Troy Bray stealing pieces of copper two days ago. Officers believe Bray may be part of a group responsible for the missing spools.
City workers said the spools are extremely valuable.
Right now officers are still gathering evidence to link Bray to the spools.
