YAKIMA, Wash. - As expected, Robert Langford pleaded guilty again to second degree murder in Yakima County Superior Court on Wednesday.
Prosecuting Attorney Megan Murphy says everything went as planned.
Langford received the exact same sentence of 188 months as he did before being re-tried.
Langford was convicted 10 years ago of killing Yakima Community Activist Toni Gardner.
His case was one of hundreds thrown out by the state supreme court.
